We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 21 days of fulfillment date for an exchange or refund to the original method of payment or store credit. All original tags must be attached. Shipping charges and Shipping Protection are not refundable. Clearance items, all jewelry and accessories, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return. General Information About Pre-Orders

IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.

If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive in multiple shipments. If applicable, you will only be charged one shipping fee. You may receive multiple shipments depending on the items ordered.

Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted up to 30 business days from the date your pre-ordered item has shipped. Please contact us at webteam@bohme.com to request a return label.

We do our best to communicate all the details about pre-order items in the item description. On occasion, details about the pre-order item may change and are out of our control. If at any time you have further questions, please contact us at webteam@bohme.com.

Pre-order items are special orders and can take up to eight weeks to be completed.

The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date. We will process all orders in the order in which they are received. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-ordered item.

Our customer service representatives have no additional information other than what is available on the product information page but we are always here to help you. Please feel free to contact us at webteam@bohme.com with any questions. We do our best to reply to all inquiries within one to two business days.

Free Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange
  • Instant Exchange: Your exchange will be ordered once submitted. A $1.00 hold will be placed on your credit card. If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not received within 14 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.
  • Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once your return is scanned by the carrier.
  • All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping.
  • You will receive an email with your new order number.
  • We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund.
  • Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items.

Store credit is issued via Böhme Gift Card that can be used to make a future purchase. We offer bonus store credit when the gift card option is selected.

Refunds

  • A $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic returns. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.
  • If returned to a store location, the return shipping fee will be waived. Find a store near you here.
  • If returned via Happy Returns, the return shipping fee will be waived. NOTE: Not all orders are eligible for Happy Returns.
  • Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds with Shop Pay

  • When using Shop Pay, you have the option to return one or all of your items for a refund. NOTE: The refund amount will be canceled from the final installment of your Shop Pay Payment Plan, less $8.99 for the use of our return label.
  • Please note that Shop Pay adjusts your final payment first and works back to your most recent payment when applying the refund.
  • If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

international Returns

We accept returns of items purchased on bohme.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was delivered. 

Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost back to Bohme. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.

For an exchange, please return your order and place a new order. International orders are only eligible for returns for a refund. 

Taxes and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 15 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Facebook & Instagram Returns

Return requests for orders placed through third party apps including Facebook and Instagram shop have to be requested through the app. They cannot be requested through our return portal. These returns can be dropped off to our store locations, but the refund process may take additional two business days as they have to be processed externally.

Defective Items

If you accidentally receive a defective item, please submit your return request within 48 hours. If the return request is not submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for replacement or return. Please ensure you include a photo of the damage/defect with your request or your request may be denied.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS - While we want to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and love your purchase, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or exchange.  These include all items marked “Final Sale” and all jewelry, bodysuits and intimate apparel.
  • Any item returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% fee.
  • All returned items must be unaltered and include all original packaging, including tags. Items returned without packaging and tags will be considered unsellable and may be subject to the 20% fee. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and odors.  Please take extra caution when trying on products while wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfumes as these may stain the garment and make it ineligible for a return.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.  We know you need to try shoes on, so we please ask you to do so on indoor carpet as to not scuff the soles.  Shoes that show signs of wear may be ineligible for a return.
  • Shoes must be returned in original packaging; the shoebox cannot be used as packaging.  Please be sure to package the shoebox safely inside proper shipping materials. Any tape or labels placed directly on the shoebox will result in the package being unsellable and subject to a 20% fee.
  • While we love our fur babies as much as you, please take extra care if you are a proud parent of a pet.  Pet hair or stains on a garment will make the item ineligible for a return.
  • Please make sure that all approved items listed on your return request are in the SAME package and no additional items are included in the package. While we appreciate you trying to save on shipping costs, please do not combine multiple return requests together in one package.  Doing so will delay the processing of your return.
  • Böhme is not responsible for damaged or lost return packages. If a customer is able to provide an USPS receipt, Böhme will provide store credit in the amount of the return. If there is no receipt available, Böhme will be unable to provide a refund in any form.
