Denim Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Excludes residents of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and overseas U.S. military installations. Void where prohibited.
Employees of Böhme LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 15, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following on Instagram:

  1. Post a photo or video wearing Böhme denim to your Instagram feed or Reel

  2. Tag @shopbohme in the post

  3. Like the official giveaway post on @shopbohme's Instagram

  4. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story

  5. Follow @shopbohme on Instagram

  6. Comment 👖 on the giveaway post to confirm your entry

All steps must be completed using a public Instagram account. Private profiles will not be visible to the sponsor and are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

4.Prize
One (1) winner will receive: 

  • One (1) pair of denim pants per month for twelve (12) months
  • Total of twelve (12) pairs of denim
  • Approximate retail value: $960

Styles and sizing may vary by month based on availability. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 20, 2025.
The selected entrant will be notified by email within five (5) business days.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery
Each month, the winner will receive a code or package for one pair of denim, subject to product availability and shipping timelines.
Böhme will coordinate delivery or redemption instructions directly with the winner.

7. Publicity & Communications
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Böhme. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Winner agrees to allow Böhme to use their first name and city/state for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Böhme is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical failures.
Böhme reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time.
